The protest monitor training session scheduled for Oct. 18 has been cancelled. As of right now, the ACLU is only aware of a small number of planned protests; as such, we are reassessing our efforts to ensure that we focus our limited resources in the way that best serves the community. We will have a clearer sense of the constitutional challenges facing Hawaii in the next two weeks and will update you as information becomes available.
